Victoria joined FRP in 2023 and is a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London City office. She has extensive international experience and a global network in financial services having worked in the US, UK and Europe in investment banking and private equity.
During her time in investment banking, she executed nearly 50 M&A transactions from large corporates to start-ups. Whilst in private equity she worked with a portfolio of established consumer brands and e-commerce platforms in the beauty and wellness space.
Last year Victoria led the sale of The Body Shop, to a specialist consumer investment fund, Aurea Group. Victoria is fluent in French, English and Russian and is passionate about sustainable, innovative and founder led businesses.
