Charles-Antoine Cayez

I have been working with DDA & Company since 2011 on M&A advisory assignments. I began my career in industry, first in Germany with the Mersen group, developing a new services business, then in Paris in the Banking/Finance department of the Unilog IT services company. I then joined Société Générale’s Mergers & Acquisitions department before successively joining the M&A boutiques Epsilon Finance and Clairfield Partners. In 2007, I joined the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets department of Fortis Bank in Paris before moving to the Corporate Finance Midcaps team at BNP Paribas. I have worked on numerous small and mid-market transactions for SMEs, major groups and investment funds. I also have experience in capital market transactions (takeover bids, IPOs, capital increases, private placements, ….). I am a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electricité et de Mécanique in Nancy and have an MBA from ESCP Europe. I speak French, English and German.
