Tim Spooner

Tim joined FRP Corporate Finance team in Bristol in late 2023, joining from KPMG where he spent c.20 years advising on mid-market transactions, after first having qualified as a Chartered Accountant. This time was split between London, Sydney and most recently in Bristol for 12 years where he led the South West Corporate Finance team. Tim focuses on providing tailored, strategic advice to local business owners and management teams on a wide range of transactions across sectors including healthcare, technology, consumer and infrastructure. Tim’s core focus is on advising shareholders on the sell-side but also has buy-side and management advisory experience.
