Alexander Steiner

I have been working in M&A consulting since 2018, initially focussing on restructuring and reorganisation. My tasks include the structuring and implementation of M&A processes, the preparation of financial, company and market analyses as well as the preparation of company valuations. I work closely with clients and, as project manager, I am the contact person for all process documents. I have a very good understanding of key industries and have relevant project experience, particularly in the automotive, telecommunications and foundry sectors. I hold a Master of Science in Business Administration from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Mercator School of Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
