Chuck brings almost 25 years of investment banking experience to EdgePoint, most recently as Managing Director of the Industrial, Commercial & Infrastructure Services practices at Citizens M&A. Responsible for deal origination and execution, he worked closely with privately-owned, investor backed and publicly traded businesses in verticals such as commercial services, engineering and construction, vendor-managed services, environmental services, human capital management, business process outsourcing and others.
Prior to Citizens, Chuck was a founding member and Partner of Western Reserve Partners, a leading M&A advisory services boutique founded in 2024 and acquired by Citizens in 2017.
Chuck earned his BSBA in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University.
