Dawn joined Integris Partners in 2016 after being involved in a startup and fast-growing specialty food manufacturing company, which was sold to a public company. Her experience with operating businesses gives her a keen insight into the investment banking world. Dawn has been involved in transactions in the food, manufacturing, and home service spaces.
Dawn is responsible for much of the behind-the scenes work of the M&A process including: market and company research, production of marketing materials, and management of the diligence process.
Dawn graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder summa cum laude with a degree in Environmental Design. She holds a Series 79 License.
