Gary Partridge

Gary joined FRP in 2024 as a Partner in its Corporate Finance team, following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance, a UK mid-market CF boutique which he founded in 2016 and led to be one of the largest independent boutiques operating in the south of the UK.. Now heading up our FRP’s Cardiff office, he has a 30-year track record of leading transactions across the UK and internationally. Gary started his corporate finance career at one of the Big Four accountancy firms in the UK and Eastern Europe before strengthening his experience working in the global M&A acquisition team at a BT Group and subsequently moving on to lead a venture capital fund.
