Juan Molins

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona, and PDD from IESE. He started his professional career at Europraxis, a strategic and operational consultancy, completing his professional cycle at Sorea (Agbar Group) and Soluziona (Union Fenosa Group). He was the General Manager of Ros Roca from 2006 to 2011 and the General Manager of Antibióticos de León (ADL BioPharma) from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, he was Operating Partner at Black Toro Capital, and founding partner of Industria Circular TNP. He has been a member of several boards of directors in companies such as Irestal and Cementos Molins. He is a specialist in industrial environments related to sustainability, circular economy, and construction materials, with extensive experience in corporate governance, particularly in the family business environment.
