Mr. Sam Boneh has over 40 years of investment banking and corporate finance work experience.
Prior to establishing Genesis, Sam was among the founding team members and CFO of Israel’s pioneering biotechnology company – Interpharm Laboratories Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss/Italian pharmaceutical group of ARES/Serono. Later, he had joined an Israeli Healthcare oriented Investment Group – Yissum Holdings Ltd. (now Rosebud Ltd.) and served as its executive Vice President. Sam also served as V.P. Business Development with Degem Systems Ltd., a leading educational software & hardware developer and marketer, focusing on and handling the company’s international strategic alliances and acquisitions.
Since its inception in 1987, Mr. Boneh is the founder acting as the company’s Managing Director of Genesis Investment Consultants ltd. an Israeli leading Investment Banking boutique specializing in cross-border M&A and Capital Recruitment. Mr. Boneh is a Tel Aviv university graduate in Accounting and Economics.
