HK EDV Beratung GmbH and K1 Internet Services GmbH were taken over by HTP in June 2021 as part of a succession plan. HK EDV is an IT system house that offers customised solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in addition to a personal all-round service in the area of networks, communication and workstations. K1 Internet Services GmbH specialises in the provision and management of a decentralised IT infrastructure at the customer’s premises, with a focus on the topics of security and availability of data, applications and services. Strong trends, such as the increasing demand for spatially flexible working, are served by both companies, bundled under one roof, with a broadly positioned and service-oriented team of experts.
