Indutrade strengthened its position in industry 4.0 high-tech solutions in Germany by acquiring Stein Automation – a supplier of pallet transfer systems for assembly-lines. ARTHOS served as the M&A advisor throughout the whole acquisition process. The main tasks included identification and introduction of the target company, evaluating and structuring the offer and other main terms of the transaction.
