Lalemant gets new structure. Arthur Seynaeve and Christophe Webb acquire a controlling stake of the group and, as co-CEOs, become the new steersmen of the international Ghent-based shipping and transportation group. Wilfried Reynaert will remain active as executive chairman. Together, they intend to work on the future growth of Lalemant.
