We have provided advisory services to the owner of artgeist sp. z o.o., during the acquisition of an investor in one of the largest transactions on the e-commerce market in Poland in 2018. As a result, the Resource Partners fund acquired a 70% stake in Artgeist from its founder via a leveraged buyout. Artgeist is active in the production and online sale of wall decorative articles. A CMT team, represented by Piotr Stobiecki (CEO), Paweł Łągwa (Partner) and Marta Pszczółkowska (Senior Analyst), was responsible for comprehensive project management, including preparation of the Company for the transaction process, collection of bids from potential investors, advice on the selection of an exclusive investor, coordination between the parties and the advisers, as well as for negotiations with the investor and compilation of transaction documentation.
