ImmoKonzept Facility GmbH (part of the ImmoKonzept Group), based in Bochum, was founded in 2010, initially as a sole trader in the heart of the Ruhr region. Over the past few years, the one-man business has grown into an established provider of full-service building management and services, with around 70 employees and offices in the Ruhr region and in Hamburg.
ImmoKonzept Facility offers comprehensive property management services – ranging from property management and facility management, through technical maintenance and caretaker services, to façade cleaning and the upkeep of green and hard landscaping. Its clients include, amongst others, (property) investment companies, family offices and property development companies, which have benefited from a bespoke all-in-one solution and consistently positive business growth in recent years.
Through the managing director of our Finnish company in Helsinki, contact was established with PHM Deutschland GmbH, a company within the Finnish PHM Group.
The PHM Group brings together more than 250 locally and regionally active building management service providers across several European countries, thereby offering ImmoKonzept Facility a strong network, economies of scale and international prospects. Through this merger, ImmoKonzept Facility becomes part of an internationally positioned group that is also looking to expand its presence in the Ruhr region.
The result: a sustainable succession plan, security for the workforce and additional development opportunities for the company.
