Senacor acquires Finanteq to scale mobile and full-stack software development from Poland
Eschborn, 30 October 2023. Senacor Technologies AG grows internationally and acquires the Polish software company Finanteq S.A. This marks Senacor’s second acquisition within the last 24 months and expands the company staff to more than 1,000 employees. With 140 professionals, Finanteq develops mobile app solutions for leading financial institutions – complementing the existing client and service portfolio of Senacor.
Finanteq S.A. is a Lublin based company employing specialists in mobile banking who create solutions appreciated by both Polish and international customers. Finanteq S.A. customers include BNP Paribas, Santander, Danske Bank, Unicredit, National Bank of Kuwait, Arab Bank, and mBank. Over the last two years Finanteq has more than doubled its revenues, proving the high quality of the projects and services it has implemented and provided.
