BCC Advisers represented Stetson Building Products, a regional distributor of construction materials, accessories, and tools, on its sale to Construction Supply Holdings, a portfolio company of Houston-based The Sterling Group. Construction Supply Holdings now consists of Brock White Company, Border Construction Specialties, and Stetson Building Products.
