Konomi, Inc. is a Tokyo-based international investment-banking firm. Since its foundation in 1983 the firm has facilitated the flow of long-term capital into and out of Japan. The firm acts as an intermediary for a variety of cross-border transactions with one leg in Japan and another in leading countries including the United States, various European countries, India, Vietnam, and China. Transactions include M&A, real estate investment, fund raising for various overseas funds and high-tech venture financing.
