Beauvoords Bakhuis acquired by Cérélia Group

Transaction:

Beauvoords Bakhuis, producer of artisanal Belgian pancakes and waffles, becomes part of Cérélia. Driven by a strong international ambition, the French food group takes over the shares of the family business. Cérélia will also retain the existing operation, organization and structure. Karen Pauwelyn remains on board.
