Bscovery Group, a consolidator in the European luxury travel market supported by the le Hodey family (IPM), has acquired a majority stake in World of Travel, the Belgian specialist in tailormade leisure and business travel. Founders Hilde and Patrick De Vos will remain actively involved and continue to lead the company’s daily operations. The World of Travel brand will be retained, along with its offices in Kortrijk and Brussels.
With the acquisition of World of Travel, Bscovery strengthens its position in both the leisure and business segments, enabling both players to further invest in innovation and customer experience.
