Founded in 1998, CBS Beton has grown to become a key player in precast concrete elements, used in (public) infrastructure works, agriculture, landscaping and more. The company has a leading position in Belgium and France, and is also active in the Netherlands and Germany.
To expand its production capacity and further strengthen its position in the Netherlands and Germany – either organically or through acquisitions – the company has brought Gilde Equity Management on board.
Gilde Equity Management manages EUR 2 billion in assets and is already active in the concrete industry through portfolio companies Excluton and Schellevis®.
The company generates nearly EUR 60 million in sales and EUR 12 million EBITDA.
