clearXperts has acquired a majority stake in Teledesk Group, a Belgian service provider specialised in operational support services for the insurance sector. The transaction supports clearXperts’ strategy to further expand its integrated offering of project sourcing and operational outsourcing solutions.
Founded in 2008, Teledesk Group has built a strong position in the Belgian insurance ecosystem, providing flexible front- and back-office support, claims handling, repair coordination and 24/7 customer services. The group serves insurers, brokers, leasing companies and other B2B clients from multiple locations across Belgium and is recognised for its operational expertise, scalability and sector-specific know-how.
By combining clearXperts’ project-based expertise with Teledesk’s operational outsourcing capabilities, the transaction creates a strengthened platform capable of supporting clients throughout their full operational and transformation lifecycle. Teledesk’s management team remains actively involved, ensuring continuity and supporting the continued growth of the group.
