The Mechelen-based construction group Willemen Group is selling its foundation technology division to the Kortrijk-based company 2Fund. 2Fund is taking over the companies De Waal Solid Foundations and Studiebureel Sondex, which have branches in Lokeren and Oostende.
The sale is part of Willemen Groep’s recovery plan, while 2Fund is expanding its activities and increasing its market share with this acquisition.
