The media group IPM – publisher of La Libre Belgique, La Dernière Heure, L’Avenir and Paris Match Belgique – invests in the Francophone news channel LN24 (Les News 24). The new investor strengthens LN24’s capital in order to support growth. The group of family le Hodey is expanding its business activities by adding LN24 to its portfolio.
VDP advised the majority shareholders of LN24 (BESIX and Belfius Insurance) in realizing this transaction.
