Loda, manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and maintenance products for the retail market, marks a new chapter in its growth trajectory.
The company is facing a new round of investment due to increasing demand and the drive for geographical expansion. To achieve this growth, Loda sought a sounding board and supportive shareholder. The company found a new partner with the investment company Down2Earth which now acquires a solid majority of the company.

Dating back almost a century, Loda is engaged in the production, filling and distribution of cleaning and maintenance products for the retail sector. Hans Geerts took over the company in 1996 and expanded its customer portfolio, production capacity and product range. At the end of 2023, the company had a turnover of c.a. €20 million and employed more than 30 people.
