Studibo was founded only a few years ago and already houses 11 engineering and consultancy firms spread across Belgium and the Netherlands. Member companies are active in certification, inspection and testing of buildings and infrastructure, sustainability solutions and consultancy on environment.
Icelake Capital is the ideal partner for the company to pursue further growth opportunities in a rapidly consolidating market, including through acquisitions domestically and abroad.
While Icelake Capital becomes the majority shareholder, all exisiting shareholders remain on board.
