Acquisition of a traffic control and pavement marking services company

BCC was engaged by Road Safety Services (RSS), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, to assist in its acquisition of Iowa Plains Signing, Inc. (IPSI).  RSS is a regional provider of traffic control and pavement marking services across 21 states in the U.S.  The acquisition of IPSI, an ESOP-owned company, adds a footprint in two additional states to RSS’s territory.
