Sale of concrete paving and highway construction contractor

BCC was engaged by Cedar Valley Corporation (CVC), a specialty contractor in concrete road paving and heavy highway construction, to find a buyer due to the pending retirement of the owner.  CVC had a strong reputation for quality in its market, which spanned primarily Iowa and Nebraska.  The Company’s assets were sold to Concrete Technologies, Inc., a concrete ready-mix and paving services company.
