We are delighted to announce that we have successfully advised on the succession of Willmann GmbH & Co. KG (Sägewerk Willmann). The long-standing company, based in Vöhrenbach in the High Black Forest and for 75 years specialised in packaging timber and sawn timber for the construction industry, has been transferred to Julius Albrecht, Managing Director of Albrecht Group GmbH based in Nuremberg, by way of a Management Buy-In (MBI) – a step that combines continuity, fresh impetus and a promising future for the business.
