Following a competitive process, DDA & Company advised Yves Dalbergue and Eliane Dalbergue-Poggi in the divestiture of Uniformatic to Opticom Services. Founded in 1985 and based in Neuilly-sur-Marne, Uniformatic specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of a wide range of standard and specific equipment dedicated to VDI network infrastructure and PC connectivity.
Acquired in 2002 by Yves Dalbergue and Eliane Dalbergue-Poggi through an MBI, the company benefits from a significant commercial strength and a unique omnichannel distribution in France, combining electrical and IT distribution networks, professional building material stores, and direct sales.
Founded in 2003 and based in Maubourguet, Opticom Services specializes in the production and distribution of a wide range of products dedicated to VDI network infrastructure (optical jumpers, pre-connectorized cables, optical drawers, pigtails, splitters, optical couplers, pass-throughs, adapters, attenuators, etc.).
The integration of Uniformatic will accelerate the development of Opticom Services by strengthening its market access through electrical and IT distributors.
In this divestiture operation, the DDA & Company team consisted of Agnès Marossero and Grégoire Bizouerne. This transaction once again illustrates DDA & Company’s expertise in the B2B distribution sector.
